A Let Down
Even after being disappointed with book 2, I still had to give book 3 a try to find out the end. Sadly I was even more disappointed with this one. I was looking forward to a big wrap up. What I found was a story that dragged on with no real purpose. Chapter after chapter of weird circus towns and desserts with weird events taking place but nothing truly exciting. So after enduring slow uneventful story lines it ends with no real climax. Just "My boring trek through hell is complete and now I'll just lay low with my hot vampire lover who truly is in love with me even though vampires shouldn't be capable of love. But I'm not even going to look into that because I'm laying low." It ends like the author just lost interest and said "I'm bored so end it here". Just was expecting better.

felt unfinished
The ending did not satisfy me at all. You would think there is a fourth book.
Otherwise, lots of actions, humor.

A bit dissapointing book will be returned.
I really liked the first instalment of this trilogy and eagerly antisipated the audible release of books 2 and 3. As always I loved the characters and love Nichole Poole as a narrator.
It started with promise but by the midway point I felt a bit deflated with the feeling that the book was not going to go the way I was hoping it would.
I just felt this book was a bit of a let down and that sooo much more could have been done should another avenue been taken for the story to go.

Spoilt by reader Nicole Poole.
By this Book three, the female main character was made to sound a total twit by the reader. The male love interest sounded far more realistic which made his character seem an idiot for being interested the twit.
The story wasn’t bad....
