Publisher's Summary

Two thrilling sci-fi stories from a pair of the great names in sci-fi/fantasy!
From Marion Zimmer Bradley, acclaimed author of The Mists of Avalon: Race Cargill, Terran Secret Service officer assigned to the planet Wolf, is running for his life. A blood feud with Rakhal, his one-time mentor, best friend, and brother-in-law, means Race must flee the intricate nonhuman society on Wolf, but Rakhal's kidnapping of Race's niece changes the game. Blood oaths; the strange, furred-covered alien, Chak; mysterious cults; and rumors of true teleportation will lead Race to uncover something greater and more terrifying than he could have ever imagined.
From award-winning author Bertram Chandler: When four friends, slumming in the Rim Worlds shipping service, get a chance at a rocketship of their own, the stars are suddenly the limit. Their own masters! Unlimited riches ripe for the taking. But a magnetic storm and an abandoned world spell a mystery that may claim their lives. Will sentient machines, the descendants of space pirates, or human nature be the deadliest challenge?

Great performance of a two interesting sci-fi texts!

Greg Tremblay delivers another great narration, breathing life into the varied casts of two distinct stories. His talent for voicing is exercised well.
I am not sure if I were reading these stories that I would have made it through. The stories are interesting, but it took the audio format to really entice me. Great listen!
