Loved it!

Loved this audio book, the stories and performances were all great. :)

My only issue is that there were a couple of spots that were obviously supposed to be edited out, like when a few readers would start sentence a second time because they hesitated or made a mistake. Seems a bit sloppy for Penguin.

Editing issues

This was a very cute book and well worth my free book credit this month. There are occasional editing mistakes but everything else was excellent. I highly recommend it for children.

Great Tongue In Cheek Fun

"Little Rose Riding Hood?" Five stars for Rose's encounter with the Wood Cutter alone. If that doesn't do it for you then forget it. Paul McGann reads one. 5 stars for that too. Nicholas Briggs reading a Pied Piper story as the second Doctor? 5, count them, 5 stars for that. Want "War and Peace?" This is Time Lord Fairy Tales, search for Tolstoy. Bad Wolf.

For those who are diehard Whoviians

This book is fantastic it is referenced so many times by all of the doctors if you rewatch the series old and new. Many of the things the doctor has encountered especially during David Tennant is “the stuff of fairytales” or “hides in the dark under your bed… Anyway spoilers!!

Great tales for fans of Doctor Who

Simply, this is well thought out fan fiction in the Whoverse. For fans, you will enjoy the bits and pieces that you will put together from the Doctor's.

More later as I let the stories sink in and I listen to it again, but with my children.

entertaining fairy tale parodies

Not a single bad story in the set. It was fun trying to figure out the ones that don't make it obvious what story they're based on.

Another great book by Justin Rivhards

I liked that stories were short. Almost all of them were fun and interesting to follow. Several featured the doctor.

not what I expected

it was like listening to all the classic Disney stories with a small Doctor Who twist. Some were more obvious than others.

Entertaining little collection

It was a fun collection of classic fairy tales, with a Doctor Who twist. It was neither amazing, nor terrible. I listened to it while working on home improvement projects, so it helped pass the time.
