The Doctor's been everywhere and everywhen in the whole of the universe and seems to know all the answers. But ask him what happened to the Starship Brilliant and he hasn't the first idea. Did it fall into a sun or black hole? Was it shot down in the first moments of the galactic war? And what's this about a secret experimental drive? The Doctor is skittish. Martha can take care of herself

The Pirate Loop is one more Ten/Martha adventure just like from Season 3. It's in character and easy to play it across your memory as if it were from the tv series. It's thrilling and funny and interesting all at the same time. This is one of my favorite Martha stories, and I listen to it again and again.

this story, The Pirate Loop, is a very interesting story indeed. The author did a nice job of leaving in the Doctor Who Mythos and the narrator was outstanding. Freeman did a beautiful job of even capturing David Tennant voice patterns and inflections throughout the reading.

The story held me in suspense as you didn't quite know where things were going to end up. A typical Doctor Who story. overall, I'm glad I purchase this book through Audible.
