When young Matthew starts talking to himself, and introduces his invisible friend, Chocky, to the family, his parents decide it's just a phase he is going through. Based on a novel by John Wyndham, this full-cast radio drama was first broadcast on BBC Radio 4 in 1998.More

AMAZING Radio Adaptation of the Book!
I honestly don't think the production staff/actors behind this radio play could have done a better job of encapsulating the essence of the story and theme in Wyndham's work. You really get a sense of the confusion and trauma that this little boy is going through, along with the mystery of whether or not the voices in his head are real or imagined.
