Jenna's never been good with change, but with her human existence slipping further and further out of her reach, she has no choice but to accept FBI Agent Roman Knight's offer to help the supernatural police force ruled by House Lilith hunt down a serial killer targeting new vampires in St. Louis...like her. Playing bait isn't exactly what Jenna had in mind, but it's a rookie lump she'll have to take if she wants a shot at joining Blood Vice - and if she wants to survive her new life as a vampire.

Jenna Skye's Story Continues
This is the second book in the Blood Vice Series and it is a great continuation to Blood Vice it continues the adventures of Jenna and Mandy the young werewolf. In this story Jenna the vampling continues her education in all things Vampire.
She has left the police department and is now trying to find her way in her new circumstances. She is asked to help Roman Knight, a member of Blood Vice, trap a serial killer who is "killing" fledgling vampires. In order to do this she needs to learn how to survive and to find a satisfactory feeding source of at least three so that she is strong enough to survive.
During her undercover visit to a club, at Roman's request, where she is to act as bait for this serial killer she manages to royally screw up bringing herself to the attention of a human bartender who later lost his job because of this. When she next goes undercover with Roman she is noticed by the serial killer. What follows on from this is exciting and might be just what Jenna needs to find her way into Blood Vice despite being a fledgling.
There is a lot going on in this book, but I can't really tell you anymore without giving spoilers but what I can tell you is that the story is fast flowing and exciting and definitely well worth listening to. I am really looking forward to finding out what is going to happen next to Skye and Mandy the werewolf.
The narration by Hollie Jackson is really good and brought the story to life.
I was given this book as a gift and am voluntarily writing my review
