Good Story Not So Great Narration

while the narrator is good, there were some points that were distracting in terms of pronunciation and inflection of words.

It was alright

This was our pick for the month of January for our book club.... it was alright .... slow ....slow......my mind started to wonder off on something that had nothing to do with the book......almost made me stop but I wanted to complete/finish what I started. By the time it picked up it was over. Looking to the left/right that’s it..... 🤔

Slow momentum but worthy

I was a bit confused as I was unsure about the hero and heroine as this story started. No real sizzle. Slowly we got there and I cared but it ended so quickly I would have loved another chapter or two to wrap things up. Linda Jones did an admirable job reading but not a lot of emotion coming through which I missed.

Good Listen

I enjoyed the story. Romantic and only mildly explicit. It was cute and made me smile.

Great read

What can I say? Farrah never disappoints! I just absolutely loved the story of Tamera and Matthew and how all of her stories always have a strong female character. I was engulfed from the moment I hit play. Treat yourself ladies. ;)

He's one of the good ones!

Any additional comments?

This was delightful. I gave it a bit of a side eye when I found out our hero, Matt, had political aspirations, but boy howdy, if all politicians were like him, I might not hate politics so much! He's one of the good ones. Two thumbs up for the very familiar, small town south!
