Publisher's summary

I'm that teenaged girl who has MS. You haven't met me, but you've seen me around. You probably know my sister. We're twins, and she's the pretty one. Maybe you've heard about my reputation, how much I like to hook up at parties - how easy it is to get me in bed, get what you want, and forget about me after.

Forget what you think you know. I'm leaving that girl behind.

College is all about new beginnings. So from now on - I'm just Cass. And the rest...it isn't written yet. No one else gets to write my story for me.

"Tyson Preeter doesn't do can't."

That's exactly what I want people to think when they see me. I am strong, invincible, confident, intelligent - arrogant. I'm the man who always finds a way around, over and through, until there's nothing left. Since losing my ability to walk six years ago, I've relearned life. I don't need sympathy. I don't want charity. And I don't do love.

It's better this way, saves my disappointments for me and me alone, and it saves my strength for everything I want.

But Cass Owens is about to wreck everything. She's about to steal all of my strength away from me because she needs it more. She's about to break all of my rules and break down all of my walls. She's about to own me...completely.

And I'm about to let her.

To my surprise I extremely enjoyed this series!

Any additional comments?

I am a big fan of murder/mystery books, but once in awhile I like to try something different. So glad I did and chose the Falling Series!! It was sweet, sad and funny all at the same time. My son would hear me laughing to myself in my room and thought I was crazy when I told him it was my book making me laugh. Also had some great, surprising little twists. My sister and her friend and my co-worker are all reading this series now. If you are trying to decide, I would say go for it. Don't think it will be disappointing.

Falling just got even better

What did you love best about You and Everything After?

The strength the characters had for each other but also the fact that they didn't need to be strong in front of the other ( if that makes sense) The book has some pretty smouldering bedroom scenes but instead of taking over the book they just add to the connection these two characters have with each other. So often I end up skipping the sex scenes in books after the initial hook up ( I know it sounds a little crazy, I do enjoy a red hot bedroom scene) mainly because sometimes authors lets that take precedence over the actual story. Not in this case, they were important to the story in creating a loving connection and the characters recognised this fact.

Who was your favorite character and why?

No favourites, loved them all even Paige. It probably sounds strange but some of the biggest reactions I felt were with the parents. Maybe this is because I am a parent of older kids but I really felt for the decisions that they had to make and the fallout because of some of them. I can relate to being the bad guy when it warrants and the repercussions of those decisions to the parent/child relationship. Sometimes the hardest decisions that we make are the ones we know could damage our relationship but its a selfless decision that needs to be made and damn the consequences.

Have you listened to any of Melissa Moran’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Yes I heard her narration of the first book in the series and thought she was brilliant. I've just been on line checking out more from her. Sometimes after listening to an audible book it is wither the story OR the narration that stays with me long after the last words were heard. In this case it was both. I look forward to more collaborations.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

My heart broke and repaired itself several times throughout the book.

Any additional comments?

I can't wait for Paige's story to be released in Audible format. PLEASE make it Whisersync.

Great escapist series

I enjoyed both books in this series. Not high brow literature but a good escapist romance.

Continuing a good story.

I thoroughly enjoyed the continuing story of this group of college students. Many poignant moments and many wonderfully funny ones. Listened to entire book in one sitting. Couldn't stop. Can't wait for next book? So hope there is a next book!

Not as good as the first

This book was just ok for me. The story wasn't bad, but the characters were not as appealing. Also I do not think the life of a paraplegic was very accurate. As a nurse of many years, I find things like that annoying. I won't go into details but I think the sexual content was off by a long shot and the physical difficulties were minimized. I probably am done with this series.
