Publisher's summary

Indulge your inner vixen. You asked for naughtier lovers, with the same fierce loyalty as The Bradens. Meet the Wild Boys...four sinfully sexy, uber alpha brothers, about to fall head over heels for their leading ladies. The Wild Boys After Dark series is loosely tied to the Love in Bloom series....

Everything's naughtier after dark....

No last names. No strings. No ties.

Except of the silk variety.

Dr. Heath Wild and Allyson Jenner only wanted a simple tryst. But Heath couldn't live with just one night, just one taste, of Ally - and Ally couldn't escape the memory of his hands on her skin, the way he looked at her like she was his obsession, or his seduction, which had pushed her to the edge and had made her want to do things she never had before.

One night leads to one tantalizing phone call. Can one phone call lead to forever?

The After Dark series is part of the Love in Bloom big family romance collection. Each book may be listened to as a stand-alone novel, or as part of the series.

Awesome HEA!

I listened to the audio version of this book.
I was a fan of this book, but something seemed to be lacking. I'm no expert and I'm not even sure what it was, but I think maybe the character development was lacking a little. There was some family interaction, but it was pretty minimal. I guess I never really got a good handle on who Heath really was. He liked cats and women. And he was a doctor and a good son.
The hot stuff started right at the beginning of the book and continued throughout. Ally and Heath started out as a one night stand (don't exchange any personal information, etc.). That sounds really hot...and it was. Them running into each other at a later date was great, because neither could stop thinking of the other.
Personally, I loved that Ally was a "lab tech", because I was a Medical Technologist and did clinical lab work in hospitals for 23 years. What a surprise! It was a little misleading, because you don't have time to sit down and visit with patients before you draw their blood. Also, Histo Techs do biopsies, not lab techs. I wish Ms. Foster had asked me! I know that's ridiculous, but it would have been cool! It was still really neat that one of her main characters worked in the lab.
The narration by Robert Ashker Kraft was very good. Awesome voice and pacing was excellent.
I was given a complimentary copy of this audio book. All thoughts are my own.

GOOD READ!

Another good read from Melissa Foster and a great ending! The narration was good and kept me entertained! The author did a good job with the character builds and plot! I look forward to reading the next book in this series! I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

No real plot just sex and romance

The oldest Wild brother meets the love of his life as a one night stand. Within a week they are falling for each other and enjoying their chemistry. The entire story has to do with their romance- no drama. Narration is pretty good but could be better with dual or duet narration.

Little To No Angst....Love it

I really liked the fact that there wasn't a lot of angst in this novel. Heath and Ally fell fast and fell hard for each other. Ally was more cautious and hesitant than Heath, which was slightly surprising. The way the book started, I really expected Heath to be more hesitant about the relationship.

I also love reading the interaction between the brothers, and between the brothers and their mother. Heath and Ally's book is Sweet, sexy, and loving.

I thought the narration was good. I didn't even remember that a male narrator was reading the female characters roles.

Hot!!

Omg!!! Melissa Foster can never disappoint!!! This book is about 2 people who have been burned in the past. They are not looking for serious relationship but can't help falling in love. Heath Wild and Allyson Jenner sure didn't want anything serious but who can resist a sexy doctor. The book was super hot and super sexy. I can't wait for next book. Robert Ashker Kraft did a great job with the narration!!

Heath

What starts as a no strings, no last names, one night stand quickly turns into two nights with numbers exchanged and then phone sex and then oops they find out they are in the same city. Heath Wild is an orthopedic surgeon in New York City and doesn't think he has time for a relationship and so doesn't put in the effort but then he meets Ally at a conference and when he finds out they live in the same city and actually work in the same hospital all bets are off. Ally works in the lab and really wanted to be a doctor and is interested in all things medicine and reads all the books and journals but didn't want a doctor in her life. Then she meets Heath. This was a no angst book with lots of heat and lots of family warmth.

Wild Boys: Heath

Although their last names are Wild, these guys are hot alpha sweethearts. What started out as a one night stand I. Another state turns into a real relationship when they each get back home and realize they have more in common then they could ever guess. I love this series. It’s sexy while still being heart felt, and the guys are alphas and protective without being jerks!

The narrator for this book has a sexy smooth voice that def. goes with the vibe of the story. Great performance!

The one night stand

Well, I really don't know how I feel about this book. It was good but there wasn't much of a story behind the romance. A lot of talking and sex but it just needed more.

Heath and Allyson find that one night is not ...

Mr. Kraft does his job well. The narration added that something extra. The audio was clean and clear. Her ran smooth and provided a level of visualization.

Dr Heath Wild never expected his one night stand to turn in to so much more. But there was something about Allyson Jenner. She gave as good as she got and then a bit more. She never expected she would see the one man that made her feel so alive, but the world had its way of making things happen. It was one thing to have that night of passion and leave it behind. Then another to find that they were both in the same city and the same hospital.

Melissa Foster has her way of getting you to fall in love with her characters. This was a second installment in the Wild Boys After Dark series.
