Kresley Cole is a true talent in this paranormal romance genre. Untouchable is the story of the fourth Wroth (vampire) brother who finds love. It's the usual suspects...sexy brooding vampire, sexy feisty female, and the strangest obstacles and circumstances within their Lore world that threaten to keep them from realizing their dreams together. The plot was a little thin and there was quite a bit of weaving situations and specific scenes from previous books where Murdoch plays a role into the present day of this story, so if you've never heard some of the other stories you're good and caught up by the epilogue. I laughed, and got the warm tingly's :-) throughout this one, so for me that's a winner! The other stories in this series are well worth the listen, and have a lot of depth. If this is your first venture into paranormal romance, you won't regret getting this and others like it.

Everybody and their dog knows I listen to this series because I like the narration. As usual, Robert Petkoff was all out and I love him for it! I just wish the plot would make the narration justice.
The plot in this book differed from the rest of the series - instead of him chasing her, SHE wanted the relationship while he wasn't very crazy about the fated mates business. But after a while, their relationship devolved into a lot of fighting and I didn't see how they fell in love. This story seemed more of an excuse to rehash what happened in the series and introduce new characters (that Jodian (sp?) has 'future hero!' written all over him.)
I laughed a lot with the love scenes - I know I'm not supposed to, but some of them were super cheesy and that epilogue was so sugary!
Even if the romance wasn't satisfactory, I still got a lot of enjoyment out of this audio. Hopefully the next book is better plot wise.

The last of the Wroth brothers stories gives us Conrad and Daniella. I love the Wroth brothers so I knew that I'd feel no differently listening to this one, and I was right. I immediately loved both of the main characters. The Valkyrie women are my favourite. I laughed out loud countless times at the humour between not just the two main characters, but between Nix and whom ever she spoke to. It was also nice to see the male character fight the bond for a change. Gave the story something different. I've already purchased every other book in this series and can't wait to finish them.
As usual Robert Petkoff's narration was outstanding. He brings the stories to life for me. Just sheer brilliance from him yet again. I could honestly listen to him reading his shopping list, he's that good. I wish he could narrate every book on Audible.
I love all of kresley coles books but this is not one of my favourites.

What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?
Most interesting parts were Daniela delving more into her ice fae side & the brothers reunion at the end.
Any additional comments?
Was a good addition to the series. This is the story of Murdoch, the last Wroth Brother to find his mate. Unlike in previous books in the series, Murdoch & Daniela struggle to get over their differences to be together as they are mostly physical, in the aspect they can't touch without Danii feeling pain. This causes the pair more stress & leads to more conflict. Danii is different to her Valkyrie sisters in that she's part ice fae & cannot be touch by anyone with feeling pain. This was an interesting twist, but overall the story was only ok, didnt really stand out & make me want to rush to see how it ends. But happy to see all the brothers mated.
little bit slower than the rest and I guessed the outcome but not the outcomes twist
