Ms. Hamilton's finest work yet!

I wish I could give this book more than a 5 star rating.
Being brought up as a military brat and later on I became a wife to a career military guy- I can say for fact that Sharon Hamilton has it right! You get a real sense of what it's like to be a SEAL and also as a spouse/girlfriend and even an ex-wife in this book.

Our H is badly wounded in an op and or H and h have issues to work through during his recovery. I can totally understand both his and her feelings and many parts of this book had me in tears. I know that this isn't the end to their story, I'm sure that they will be popping up in future books as will other characters and situations depicted in this book.
JD Hart did an amazing job as narrator. Through his voice you have the characters come to life.

Zak's Turn

Would you listen to True Blue SEALs again? Why?

I have read all of Sharon's SEALs books. I was anxious for Zak's story. Amy and Zak's love continues and we wonder if it will be strong enough to survive Zak's injuries. Without giving any spoilers here, there were a few funny moments too and my favorite part was Zak's costume. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because too much was left unanswered at the quick ending. Of course, I will read the next book which is Alex's story so I will be able to find out how Zak ends up. I both read and listed to the Audible of this book and I have to say, if there was an award for narrator, JD HART would win, hands down! His voice and accents are awesome and he speaks with so much emotion. I don't know how he keeps them all straight, but when he reads, I know exactly which character is speaking....he is that good!
