I enjoyed listening to this story while I ran errands, waited for a long train to pass, and while driving on the highway. A lovely way to listen, contemplate and enjoy the moments I was present in.

A Delightfully Surprising Time Travel!

Not your ordinary romance, the author takes us on a twisting, turning, unpredictable ride from present-day back to 1969, first to London and then to Los Angeles. Two forever friends, Sherry and Lorena, begin celebrating Sherry's 63rd birthday with a trip to "The Castle," a virtual reality experience neither has ever tried. Sherry wants to go back to the place where she met Jeremy, a man on the tube who she was sure was her soulmate--the one who got away. Lorena has a significant destination too--back to the place where her late husband and she first met.

When the girls step through the portal to discover that not only their surroundings are genuine 1969 London, but their bodies have regressed to 20 years old as well, the fun begins. The author has done an amazing job of researching her history, and the intricacy of the plot kept me guessing right up until the last pages how all the complicated threads would be tied together.

A truly enjoyable page-turner.
