Three sides vying for forever.
My first love.
The bad boy with the dangerous smile and passionate temper draws attention like a lit fuse on dynamite. But his dark molten eyes spark only for me.
My second chance.
Over six feet of Norse god in a tailored suit, he calculates every move and seizes my hungry breaths with an iron fist.
The free-spirited dancer, torn between two men with no resolution in sight.
I tried leaving, staying, refusing, and surrendering.
What options do I have left?
I love two men, and I do the only thing I can. I fight.

Well... I shouldn't be surprised by this ending and if I'm being honest I would say that it ended the way I was leaning towards. Although I will say I had hoped for some awesome way for it to all work out. I don't like love triangles for this reason, I always want everyone to win in the end. This book was pretty hot too. In the end I was happy with the turn out and love the friendship so much!

I never write reviews, because time really is money. But I would be remiss if I didn’t comment on this series. I may be a cold-hearted B****, but I never truly cry over books. Even when I see reviewers mention how emotional this or that book was. I wasn’t even looking for a tear-jerker, because why do I want to experience pain in my leisure time when, like most, I have so many real things to cry about. (You hear a “but” coming on, don’t you). However (haha), this series caught me by surprise in the best way. And, yes, I had to use at least a few tissues. Don’t. tell. anyone!
It wasn’t a sob fest the whole way through. There were very hot moments, poignant moments, very witty moments. I listened to the whole series in a day and a half. The 2nd book is definitely setting you up for the third but it’s an obligation you just have to trudge through even though you want to strangle Danni for the whole of it. I loved Bree’s wicked little girl - I don’t know what purpose that served but she was amazing. She gives some of the best one liners I’ve heard in awhile. And the narrator voices her perfectly. It’s worth the three books and your time.
