Choose your Happily Ever After

This was a fun listen. Hearing the nicknames that our main character gave to each of her first dates was probably my favorite part. If you're interested in listening to a series of bad first dates with a few good guys thrown in - this is a good choice for you. Overall, I felt the story moved a bit too slowly for my tastes and there were very limited feelings involved in this dating process. Sure, there was some chemistry, but everything was surface-level and the listener's "Pick a Romance" choice isn't choosing between who she has deeply conflicting feelings for - it feels more like she is choosing which car to buy based on its traits.
I liked the concept and obviously listened to all of the endings. The one with the plot twist was my favorite!
I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

The Year I Dated the Internet

This book was kind of genius. Being able to pick your own ending was so much fun, and opened up a whole new window of what you can and can’t expect in a book. There was so much going on you never felt like it was slow. However, this made it a little confusing if you weren’t giving your whole attention to the book. I sometimes got lost of who was who and what things happened with what characters. But I still would recommend this book if you’re looking for a fun romance.
