Great!!!

I really loved these stories. If you love western romances you will love these stories. She is always very detailed and she writes stories that more women can relate too.

Two Classic Stories from Diana Palmer

Mrguerite Gavin does a great job narrating twoclassic books from Diana Pamer. In Silent Night Man, Tony Danzetta finds himself providing protection to Millie Evans, a woman he blames for his friend's death. Millie is being stalked by a killer who was hired by Tony's friend before he died. She is a prim and proper librarian and Tony is a man with a past. How they overcome the misunderstandings and come together makes for a very enjoyable romance.

Sutton's Way tells the story of Amanda Calloway, a famous singer who takes a break from her high powered life by going to a remote cabin for vacation. She meets Quin Sutton and his son who own the neighboring land. . When a big storm causes her to lose all of her power, she neds up staying with them. Quinn has no use for " modern women" or music, so Amanda keeps her identity a secret. This is a true story of how seemingly opposites attract.

WOMAN STAND UP FOR YOURSELVES!!!

The two stories were good, however the women did not really stand up for themselves. For some reason they were reluctant to let the men trying to get into their lives know what had gone on in their prior lives. I am not saying pour your heart out to everybody you meet but come on these men are trying to get to know them. As women we tend to stay in the victim mode way to long and let what has happen define us.. We have to take a stand because we matter.

The first story was disappointing but the second story was sweet

I picked this audio because of the narrator. I've liked Marguerite Gavin for a while now because I adored her in the Hollows series. Her voice is clear, upbeat and unfaltering.

The first story, "silent night man" seemed kind of short because it lacked the character development and there was so much going on. In the end it seemed to me that our hero might have rushed into marriage because he wasn't used to being attracted to only one woman and it was the only way he could have the heroine given her beliefs.

The second story "the winter man" was a sweet. Even though Amanda was a famous singer the author made me believe she would be fulfilled living a small country life working from home as much as possible. Our hero was able to open up his heart and loosen his strict beliefs enough to allow love in.

Not worth a credit

These books are not worth a credit and i truly wasted one on this book. The characters are weak and not developed. There is absolutely no plot at all. If you like angry men yelling at frightened women i guess this is the book for you but for me it was a waste of a credit and my time to try to listen. i couldn't finish it...just sad

Loved both books and much prefer woman narrators - l

Quite a different romance story. The fact that Quin had to read what happens between a man and a woman never having physically experienced the act was so different.
