This was a light, fun listen. A well-told story about two people falling in love. No unnecessary, over-done angst, just the right amount of thoughtfulness for the situation they were in. The characters were likable but I would have liked to see more growth from them (just a personal preference - I like to see the characters grow and change). Andi Arndt and Sebastian York were, as always, wonderful interpreters of the characters.

the Sexy One is the story of single dad Simon and Nanny Abby. They have worked together caring for Hayden and keeping their mutual lust from each other. However things just start to boil over and they can't keep away from each other.
You would think it would be a cliche book but it was seriously enjoyable. Abby is strong and independent and loves Hayden. However Simon is attractive and the way he is with his daughter makes him even more so. He's hard to resist. But when he starts to pay attention to her and shows her a new sides. Things heat up.
Simon is a good dad, and guy. ya his first marriage failed, but hello he learned from his mistakes. It was a cute, heart warming book and of course there is hot sex. But either way I just enjoyed this one.

I absolutely love this, just another brilliant book by Lauren Blakely, I have listened to most of this series and looking forward to the next
Gosh have you ever read a story so heartwarming? the single dad who tries to have as much time with his daughter and has a thing for the nanny who gets his daughter and just fits into their lifestyle seamlessly. gosh his daughter fencing is just *sigh* she's the cutest kid ever, and that brings them together.
love and humour. lauren Blakely is great at this.

All I can say about all of the books in this series, is OMG So Good. yes they are all stand alone, but reading them all together is so much better.
