Love and Sacrifice
Pride can take away the one thing you want the most. Jack and Mauve love each other but she has a problem and thinks that Jack cannot have all he needs with her. It is a great story with wonderful narration by a talented narrator. I was truly impressed how quickly the narrator changed voices doing both men and women for all the characters. The author builds her characters and we see growth with all of the characters during the story.
