Not as good as the 2nd, not as bad as the 1st.

Where does The Playboy Prince rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

It ranks closer to the bottom than it does near the top. I've listened to over 100 books and this has to be in the bottom 20.

Any additional comments?

This book wasn't nearly as good as the 2nd in this series. In the first 2 books, Bennett was a care free and lively prince and in this one he was restless and arrogant at times. I didn't expect Bennett to be portrayed like that whenever his turn came. I don't think the story was well written out. The love story between Hannah and Bennett was horrible. Their first time together was awful. Bennett came to her in fury and took her, although she did initially say that she didn't want him to. And afterwards, he made her feel used and useless. Then he had the nerve to speak to her the next day about how it meant so much and how he felt something? I wish this story had happened differently. The Bennett we all knew from the first 2 books deserved more.

Having problems listening to the whole story.

What made the experience of listening to The Playboy Prince the most enjoyable?

The first 3/4 I was able to listen to.

What other book might you compare The Playboy Prince to, and why?

I like Nora Roberts and have read or listened to most of her books but I love her 'Inn Boonsboro' Trilogy' and 'The Bride Quartet' as current favourites but she writes stories so varied in subject matter that it's hard to compare; or indeed pick out, any in particular to compare her with anyone or genre . Her research is excellent for descriptive content of any book or series of books in her range whether be it set in Ireland, the deep South USA or to Alaska and all places between

What does Susan Ericksen bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you had only read the book?

Susan made all the characters believable so much so I would gladly listen to her read again.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

I was getting quite engrossed with the story and list of characters when the download suddenly stopped. I've tried 3 or 4 times to hear the rest of the story without avail, much to my annoyance with the whole setup.

Any additional comments?

I was going to take the problem up with your Customer Service but have since been ill plus my machine picked up an unwelcome virus - maybe that was why I couldn't get to hear the rest - but why should it be 'unattainable' half way though the second half of the otherwise most enjoyable story? Has anyone else complained about this particular download and is it possible to check out whether the fault is on your side or no? I hate to be left on the edge of the cliff just as everything is coming to a head and the lights go out....
