Publisher's Summary

Irony doesn’t even begin to cover it.
Marin Johns isn’t your typical couples therapist. She can help her patients, but when it comes to matters of her own heart, she’s a total klutz. In this romantic comedy, Marin is months away from wedded bliss when she discovers her fiancé is having an affair (GASP!). Now she’s convinced that everything she believed about love is a big fat lie. And she wants to prove it.
In an attempt to convince her friends of her newfound truth, she begins a fictitious relationship with James—the sexy, sandy blond with a huge . . . dog. Marin seeks any means necessary to catch him in the act. The only problem is James just might be the last faithful man in the city. And he happens to be perfect for her.
If you love sexy doctors, fun friendships, leading ladies who fall on their face, literally, and dust themselves off, then you’ll adore The Man Test!

A very good book.

This is a waiting for the other shoe to drop book but ends Up HEA.

Hated the Protagonist from the beginning!

I really hated the "star" of this book. She was a whinny, little thing with pretty much ZERO in the way of redeeming qualities. Only kept listening hoping the author had the guts to give her what she deserved - nothing! Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find the typical HEA ending.

The narrator did a great job of sounding as irritating as I know Marin would have sounded were she real.
