Lovely stories, great narrator.

This is a lovely listen - nice stories and a wonderful narrator. She even sang the Gaelic Christmas carol! And this book is so cheap right now. Perfect for the run up to Christmas. Go for it!

The dullest *adventure* ever

Would you try another book from Mary Jo Putney and/or Elaine Claxton?

I think not

Has The Last Chance Christmas Ball turned you off from other books in this genre?

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Elaine Claxton?

Don't know Katherine Kellgren, maybe; someone who would infuse some liveliness into the narration.

You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?

The idea was promising. Maybe it is really the narration- although some of the freedom this housemade has about the house seems most improbable- that robbed this plot of intrigue and interest; it could have been much better

Any additional comments?

Can't do 13 hours of dull murmuring. Sorry; returning
