Great book!!!

Excellent plot, kept you interested throughout the whole story. It never got dull. I will be checking out what other books this author has written.

Excellent!!!

I was hooked right from the beginning and I stayed that way throughout! The narration was perfect, I loved the story. I have nothing but positive things to say. I’m very glad I listened to it!

Compelling

I really enjoyed this book. Some complained about the abrupt ending but I was satisfied. Primary characters' decisions were determined, albeit briefly, and one can easily imagine the continuing lives of the secondary characters.

Outstanding Movie Material

From start to finish I enjoyed this book. Characters were very colorful I love the descriptions of the costumes and the houses. Would love to see this on film! Hopefully there will be a follow up volume to this story. The Gin Lovers need a second book in the series,

Couldn’t stop listening

Fantastic book. Highly recommended. Great plot, not predictable and very entertaining! Narrator was fantastic, added to his great the story was.

Too Many Loose Ends

Surprised that I became invested in Charlotte's life and finished the book. The author left everyone's life up in the air, except William. Too many loose ends at the end. Missing a nice HEA epilog.

Fun read!

I really enjoyed this book. It kept my attention and a lot of things I didn’t figure out ahead of time which is unusual.

Good story line with enough twists and turns to move it along. I hope there is a second book to resolve the ending

Good listen

Very intriguing story. I kept waiting for it all to blow up, but was glad it ended happily. Wish the ending would have elaborated a bit more and included some more characters and how it ended for them, but I guess we get to imagine our own happy endings for them that way.
