This was my first
Years ago, I bought this book as a hard cover. It was my first book Donna VanLiere. I'd been looking for heart warming. She delivered in spades. Stories of rich millionaires falling in love with modern Cinderellas are fun, but this story shows true struggle & kindness. It's definitely not just fluff. Maybe it's because I've been there, but I was pulling for all of these characters throughout the & cheering them on. I'm so glad to have gotten it, and many more, in audio. Either read or listened to, you won't be disappointed.

Realistic Depiction
I have always loved this story from the first time I heard it. Christine is a realistic depiction of a single mother with all the struggles that come with it. She's not sugar coated and she doesn't marry some rich multimillionaire that saves her from the trenches. As a single mother myself, I relate to her struggles and love that I can read a book with an accurate depiction of someone like me.

An amazing story with all kinds of wonderful people - sharing, caring and showing what kindness and taking interest in those around them can do!

Read or Listen Every Year
Such a sweet story of God showing His love and care through people stepping in to help a single mom, a mother in rehab, and many more. Such a wholesome book and the reading is lively and easy to follow with the authors change in pitch and tone for various characters. 10/10 reccomend.

Perfect for Christmas
I loved this listen. I am not even a fan of this genre but at Christmas things are different. Kept me interested all the way through. The way the lives of the people come together in the end is great. Highly recommended!!
