I did not like the reading of this narrator at all. I struggled through this book because of the narration.

The story line was decent. Would have been more Erotic and engaging if the performer had more range. Her voice was pretty somber, no thrill with the thrilling, no chill with the chilling.

great book ,bad narration

book would have been great if it hadn't been for such poorly done narration. she writes a great book but she needs to get another narrator she could almost put you to sleep with the narration of it. love the book though just something to think about

This is not the "normal" D/s type of book, but it was good in it's own way. For a book this short, the plot was decent, although it could have been much better if there was more development. I find most of the books I've read from the author are on the light side, so this is not much of a surprise. I really liked how the author developed the relationship; although it could have been much more engaging. I didn't feel the connection between the main characters, but I attribute that to the narrator (also the author) to that. I've listened to other books by this author that have been narrated by other people and they were MUCH better. I wish this author takes note and doesn't narrate her own books. Stick to what you do well, and that is writing books, not reading them!

narration sucks

loved the story. great writing. But please, authors, DONT NARRATE YOUR OWN BOOK.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hire some on to act out your book!

M.S. Parker needs to stick to writing.

She foes not know how to change her voice from male to female.it sounded like she was just reading from the book. I put the speed to 2 just to get thru since I paid for the audio. I will not purchase any more of M. S. Parkersburg audio books if she is the narrator.

narrator is very stiff. the story does not flow easy with the stiff and choppy reading. I had to stop listening often just to get a break. will have to switch to kindle.

The narration by the author was slow and no feeling. The story and line was soft in the BDSM story.

Not as “hot damn” as expected.

For a short book it was ok but not great.
The sex was very simple and nothing “hot damn” about it, just because bdsm was mentioned doesnt mean it have to me “hot damn” i would say it was more like “sizzling” with some “hot” parts but compare to other “hot damn” i have read this is nothing close to it.
The story simple and very predictable, with good happy ending.
The speaker’s voice a bit dul but acceptable.
To be honest last two hours for me was a bit dragging just wanted to finish it already.
