OMG Jake is so Hot and so Sweet still all about family. The Second Book was even BETTER well done Christina

Great story - recording was bad.

I love this series. I had a hard time with this one because I could hear the narrator fidgeting with either the microphone or something in front of it. It's very subtle and probably most people can't hear it but I listen to stuff through my earphones and it took away from the story for me. Otherwise this is another great story by tetrault and I will listen to her books as they continue to come out.

Decent story - could've gone a little deeper. Narration pretty good.

Poor choice for narrator

This is one of those books that had to overcome really poor narration. Maybe Kelly Kamyrn (misspelled on the cover or by audible) would be good for children's books, but definitely not for a book that requires an adult sound. I said 'maybe' because her phrasing if very strange and she mispronounces a number of relatively easy words. My guess -- she didn't read the book before doing the narration. I like Miss Tetreault's writing so I hung in there. If I had a choice, I would have read this book rather than listened to this narrator.

Average

The story by itself lacks some serious drama. The narrator lacked the enthusiasm to help improve the quality of this book. I have read other books by this author and enjoyed them; this one seemed to not be as good.

Recommended

I started this story with some very high expectations after reading The Teacher's Billionaire. Ms. Tetreault did not disappoint. I loved Jake and Charlie's story. In my opinion they are a rather unexpected couple but no less wonderful. I loved the example Jake sets as he represents a class of people who are not thought of as hands on. His fun loving attitude always left me with a smile and a positive outlook.

I definitely recommend this story. Although the story stands on it's own, it is best read with the series in order.

The Billionaire Playboy.

I was so looking forward to this book as a follow up to a previous book by this author but could not listen. The woman reading the book was a complete amateur. Totally expressionless. Coughs I think the noise was and seemed to forget she was reading with stops and starts. I thought the narrator in Book 1 was bad but after listening to this they sounded a lot better. So many of these books in the Romance Package are shocking just rubbish but these two books in this series would probably be fine if someone read them properly as the author is good.

The Narration is NOT good!

The book would have a good read. The narrator is not right for this book.... maybe for a true story or dictionary... but not quite a love story.
