Publisher's summary

Some covert missions take place deep inside a guy....

Stoic former Marine Taylor Armstrong survived his arrogant father and one too many deployments. Battered and disillusioned, he's built a wall to keep the world at bay. His rule is simple: a man can't lose a friend he's never made. That philosophy works for him - until an arrow rips into his chest and changes everything he thought he knew about his father. His mother. Himself.

She never gave up....

Gracie Fox has loved Taylor since the day he was ripped from her life as a four-year-old. He has no memory of her or the loving family that was forced to give him up. It seems he'll never know - until the ancient rite of revenge, the blood hunt, collides with his carefully structured life and drops him back into Gracie's path again. She seizes the chance, determined he will remember.... Even if she has to tie him to her bed.

Great Stories

I cam upon these by accident. I have enjoyed every one. The narrator makes these stories even more enjoyable. The story of Taylor was very good . The ancestry involved was very interesting. Having god be a part is always the right choice. I can’t wait for the next to be out on audible

Everyone has a family even if it isn't by blood.

Taylor has a new job. Just because they have to work as a team doesn't mean he has to be buddy buddy with them. His new assignment is by himself. What is important but just a find and inform job turns into much more. More important it is a life or death job.

Another wonderful read with emotions and characters you love enemies you hate and team members you are delighted to see again.

Wow! Just Wow!

Where to start with Taylor! This story began with such a huge impact and never let up right until the end. My heart went out to Taylor and I just wanted to reach in and take him into my arms and cradle him like a baby. Not only for what he was going through as an adult but what he went through all through his life at the hands of his father. I also wanted to hug Peter, Gracie and Luke and shake them at the same time and tell them that I understood but that there was a better way. Irish Winters certainly knows how to leave you emotionally drained but completely satisfied at the same time. This was another marvelous book in this amazing series narrated by Troy Duran. He has such a talent for bringing all the characters to life and making listening to the story a wonderful experience.

Another Great Addition to the Series!

This is the seventh book in the amazing Series In The Company of Snipers, a Romantic Suspense. Taylor and Gracie story is emotional, intriguing, suspenseful, and captivating. This is another great addition to the Series. The cast of supporting characters is impressive. The back and forth, past to present, is well done and easy to follow. I loved to see again some characters from the previous books. Troy Duran did an amazing job with the narration, as always! I love this Series, and I HIGHLY recommend it.

Emotional and Full of Suspense!

Each book in this series by Irish Winters has gripped me, but there is something about Taylor that has left an imprint on my heart. Taylor is an ex-marine and has been through so much. With an abusive father, he has hidden his heart and has an emotional wall built around him no one can penetrate. Until he meets Gracie. Gracie has known Taylor forever and has had connection with Taylor he never knew existed. Now finding out the truth of his past and melding it with his present and future, Taylor's mission is clear. Winters has a winner with Taylor. So many emotions for this stoic man, and we get to experience them all. Indian heritage stories always intrigue me and the way Taylor's legacy is ingrained in his being is well told, it is realistic and emotional. Gracie, Peter and Luke all add so much to the story, and we also get visits from our favorite snipers like Alex and Mark. I enjoyed Taylor's story immensely and can't wait to see what Winters has in store for us next.

Troy Duran truly connects with these characters in this series. Each one is so different, and he finds their personality and gives them the voices with the nuances and inflections that are original to themselves. I love that each voice for the Snipers is consist from book to book and he adds just the right amount of emotion and suspense. This is a fantastic narration and is really entertaining.
