This is really good and insightful

This story is 20 years old and timeless. Knowing the culture Nora did a great job explaining it and a lot of it is still as 20 years ago in some places, even now. Narrator was super. I appreciate this story a lot.

Trouble I had to send it back.

The read was so bad I could finish the book. This is one of my favorite Nora Robert’s and the narrator totally bombed it. He Mayes so I couldn’t finish it. I’ve read the book before and loved it. It reminds me of To Catch a Thief with Carey Grant. So the story is great the reader the pits.

Great story, ok performance

I love this story but was disappointed with that narrator when he was doing Phillip’s voice.

Great story. Suspense, exotic settings, romance and shows a woman of strength, endurance and determination.

interesting story of much more than love

an intriguing story in- volv[ng jewel things, foreign kingdoms and love but bound together with enough suspense to make it very hard to put aside.

Enjoyable story that makes me glad I live in America!

The story was long but enjoyable. I wasn't sure I would like the narration by a man doing female voices, but it was ok. I didn't really understand how the main character could be in America since she was 8 and 20 years later, still sound like she just arrived from the middle east. That part was not believable but the story was good so I got over it.

Love Phillip and Adrianne and the way they interacted throughout the story.

Not a lot of twists and turns but still kept me interested until the end.

I’ve always liked Nora Roberts but this book is one of the best ones I’ve heard yes I liked it so much but I’ll probably read it again even if you’re not a Nora Roberts fan I recommend you reading this one the story was good the whole performance was good I loved it Life

Excellent different

Different from her usual writing but very intriguing and exciting. A wonderful story of love and devotion entwined with cruelty and suspense.

I enjoyed this story so much. A+ top to bottom. Unique story line, interesting characters. Stands the test of time for the time period in which it was written.

Typical Nora Roberts

Sometimes I wonder if all these trilogy's are the same just with different characters. Enjoyed but not very deep or different than the rest.
