Overall great book

The story was so good, it kept me interested in it the whole time I was listening to it. This was definitely worth listening to and would do it again!

I cannot believe how good this book is! I have listened to it over and over! It is so refreshing to have a great narrator for Nora's book! There was an entire series that would have been great but was totally ruined by the narrators! It shocked me how badly the narrators could ruin an entire trilogy! Blood Magic was first in series! I was so annoyed by all three narrators that the trilogy was just ruined!
The story line of Stars of Fortune really keeps the reader intrigued! And the narrator was very good! No complaints! Ready for book two!
Nora does a lot of books with Irish characters. It is imperative that the narrators match the characters or all is lost! Thank you for reading!

❤️ It's a great story, but I did not notice it was the abridged version until I had already bought it. I feel like I missed too much of the story. One of the BEST things about Nora's books are the wonderful details. I will purchase the rest of the trilogy, BUT in unabridged format. I wish if Audible has both the abridged & unabridged versions of a book that it would show that plainly in the details where the series link/icon is located. I only took away the 2 stars for the story because I felt I missed half it! It's not really the author nor the story's fault but there's no star category to rate Audible or the book's editor that chopped it up. Nora should. NO ONE SHOULD EVER ABRIDGE A NORA ROBERTS NOVEL! I hope she objects to it being done with any other stories! ❤️

Story compelling. Actor took some getting used to

Enjoyed the book and surprising turns. The actor using a male voice sounded mechanical...like they used auto tune. Ready for the next one in the series.

Abridged. :(

I didn't want an abridged version of this book. I wanted the actual book I read and enjoyed. Saskia Maarleveld does a wonderful performance so why would I want to buy an abridged version? Please make this more pronounced in the purchasing processes Audible.

love this trilogy can't wait to read 3rd book. binge this and enjoy. full of funny jokes, social interactions between characters, imagination, never a dull moment, packed with adventure and sensational passion of love. make sure to get this link. the other freezes.

The story is goid

The story would have been better if the narrator wasn't so dry needs my expression during the action screens so the listener can really some excitement as well.

Roberts did good as usual

Wry easy listening . Good story line. Kept my interest and makes me want to hear book 2

Fan forever

I am a Nora Roberts fan. Have been reading all of the In death series with Eva Dallas. This book was a Christmas gift and once I started to listen I was hooked. I liked the way the characters were all different and there combined powers in the end to push back the evil Goddess. I am on to book 2 for the next star to see who falls in love in this book.
