Deception
The fact that Ari's best friends get drug into hell with her, is odd to me. Especially for a transgender person who needs certain medications to stay the way he wants too. Let's face it Ari sleeps with a fey guy. Then she sleeps with someone she assumes is Fen. With all the glamours going around, why did they just assume that the baby is Deans?

Just getting started.
I'm still definitely going to read book 4, however there were a few extras in this story this time that I believe were a bit unnecessary and took too much from the main part. Just my opinion though.

Coming into power
More of the same as the plot develops, some peripheral characters come to the fore and greater depth of characters are revealed - MUCH longer than the first book. If you like vamps and romance and adventure you are in luck.

love these books
As someone who loves all kinds of books these are great! they have everything, love, action, fantasy all rolled into a few books! I haven't read the last one yet but they have sucked me in. the preformance was pretty good, these are the first books like this I've read so it threw me off at first but I've gotten used to it. overall good books and I would definitely see the move if one came out.
