Jace Warren is doing what he's done his whole life - trying to survive, making the best with what he'd been given. The only life that makes sense after the military is Hell Ryder's Motorcycle Club, but the sweet innocence of his army buddy's sister promises a different life, one a man like him can only dream of. Problem is being his MC brother's sister puts her off limits. Hard as it is, he keeps his distance. Then she kisses him, and all bets are off.

Typically I do not listen to many MC books, but I was intrigued by this one. I could envision so much of this book (maybe its from watching Sons of Anarchy). I thought the narrator did a great job with his characters and performance. Aly and Jace seemed to go well together, although Aly seemed a little weak. I requested this review copy audiobook and have voluntarily written this review. I was glad that the ending turned out the way it, without giving away spoilers, it could have gone several directions.

Unlikely Lovers Discover Each Other
I received a copy for an honest and voluntary review.
Allie runs from her rich, unfeeling and controlling father and cheating and unethical ex fiancé to her brother Tyler.
Tyler left home to join the army and then an MC. He has always kept in touch with Allie and is her source of security.
Jace is Tyler’s brother at the MC and the moment he sees Allie he knows she is it for him, but family is off limits and he thinks she is too good for him
Life at the MC, which isn’t as bad as many in most MC, is a change for Allie, whose father and ex fiancé still mess in her life.
Love slowly grows. An enjoyable story I really enjoyed.
The narrator is ok..there are a few spots that it seems were recorded separately. The narrator sometimes lacks emotion and does just passable female voices. A difference in pacing would help.
