Publisher's summary

Video game coder Harley Kelso thought a tandem skydive would help her make her latest game more realistic. Instead, it literally put her in the arms of the sexiest man she's ever seen. Geeky to the core, Harley is the polar opposite of big and burly Beckett, but that doesn't stop her from wanting to play more carnal games with the sexy soldier.

When Beckett "Coach" Ralston offers to fill-in at a friend's skydiving club, he doesn't suspect he'll meet a woman who will change his life - and he definitely doesn't expect her to save it. But that's exactly what happens when an accident mid-air forces Harley to land them both safely. She's earned Coach's complete gratitude, and even more, sexual interest.

Until she disappears without a trace.

With Harley missing, a happy ending might not be in the cards for the man who loves her - especially when he becomes the main suspect.

Awesome

Love Stella's narrations! She puts so much feeling into the reading. I hate when a narrator just "reads" the book.

Not very good

Compared to the other books in this series, it's got a much more boring storyline. Very little action. No real crime, mystery or suspense. And the female character puts herself down way too much.

this book could have shared some of her experience of being lost in the water but it didn't so I think it left a lot there was a beginning and it was in the end the middle was not there I was very disappointed in this book

Loving the narrator, Stella Bloom

Love all the "Protecting" and "Rescuing" Susan Stoker books. But the narrator, Stella Bloom, really adds to the experience.

Great performance by narrator

I really like listening to the audibles especially when they are done so well. This narrator does the different voices so listening is easy and you know when she had changed character. The story is really good and written well. And I liked that our main character lady is not a perfect size, height, and weight. She is forgetful, does not have the perfect home, and she bashful in a way. And our hero is bossy, and very alpha male.

Started out good

It started out good but then became rather boring. I didn't have to force myself to complete it but I didn't loose sleep in wondering what would happen next either.
