I fell in love all over again

I had previously read this book, but I have to say listening to it, made me fall in love with Roxy and Trevor all over again. The narrator did a wonderful job with the accents and characters.

This book is definitely going to be a one that listen to again and again.

I hope Mr. Lane narrates the rest of this series.

What other book might you compare Nights Embrace to and why?

If I had to compare Nights Embrace to another book it would be In Too Deep, also by Brandy L Rivers. The characters in both books have something magical about them, that draws the reader in.

Which scene was your favorite?

My favorite scene was in the beginning when Roxy sees Trevor. The way she was looking at him was hot! And the way Trevor responded to her had me cheering for them from the beginning. I also laughed when Trevor got a couple of drum sticks to the head.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes! The narrator did a great job conveying the story. He was clear, consistent and did a awesome job in distinguishing each of the characters voices.

Any additional comments?

Brandy L Rivers deliveries another outstanding book. Roxy and Trevor are likable and relatable. I also liked how the other characters were a part of the story. Mikey being protective of his sister was sweet, as well as Trevor's clan who are looking out for him. Ms. Rivers has a talent for story telling and keeping her readers wanting more.

A nice mix of others inatead of just wolves. Lots of luvin, romance and action! Awesome strong female characters. Great story!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Awesome story!

I absolutely loved hearing this story. The author did a wonderful job in capturing her characters essence. After having read Others of Edenton, I was pleasantly surprised to hear they were also a part of this story. Ms. River's books are full of romance, love, action and adventure. I'm very happy I found her books!

Amazing Book!

Would you listen to Nights Embrace again? Why?

Yes, I loved the characters and how John Lane voiced the guys. The girls left something to be desired but can't blame a guy for not being able to do the girl voices perfect. I loved how well he did the different accents!

What did you like best about this story?

I love Roxy and her fire. She is amazing!

Have you listened to any of John Lane’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

No I haven't.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

I think how good Trevor was to Roxy and how he knew he had to earn her trust and prove himself to her everyday, and he didn't mind it at all.

This book was awesome, Brandy really pulls you into the story. John makes the characters more real and bring them to life. The only thing that was a little annoying was that when John said the chapters it didn't match up with the actual chapters.

Don't Miss This Book!

This is a first time read from this author, and I can say it won't be the last! I loved this story from the very beginning to the last word. Brandy's imagination and the way she wove this story from beginning to end made each one of the characters so real you felt like you could reach out and step into any scene.

Would you consider the audio edition of Nights Embrace to be better than the print version?

Oh yes I would!! The narrator really brought the story to life....it really is a great audio book

What did you like best about this story?

I loved all the different paranorms being in one one story. Roxy an Trevor are so freaking hot together.

Oh wow so many...but I guess my fav would be when Roxy meets her father an the way that went down it was pretty good

I giggled a few times while listening...I didnt cry at all

This audio is hot...the sex scenes while being read to you by a guy that does the most amazing accents....takes this book to a whole new level... If your looking for a book that has a lot of action, all kinds of supers (not just vamps an werewolves) an as I stated some intense sex scenes...then this is the book you've been looking for

True love perseveres.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Nights Embrace?

I would have to say it was when Roxy brought Trevor back to life.

What about John Lane’s performance did you like?

I loved how he did the accents for all the characters.

I loved the whole concept of this book and I look forward to reading/listening to the rest of this series.

Heart is throbbing

Roxy is in a hot little band but one of her bandmates is also her ex. Jordan has made her miserable more in their relationship than he has made her happy. She has known him her whole life, but there is something changed in him, turning him into a complete douche.

As she walks into the club for her set, she is completely entranced by Trevor. His accent rolls off of her and she cannot get enough. Trevor sets his sights on her as well and they are both forever changed.

I read this book in kindle before the audio and I will say I loved it more this time. I was able to pick up on so much that I missed before. The magnet that pulls Others together is always hidden below the surface.

John Lane was magnificent in this rendition. His accent gave me heated chills and I found myself rewinding the audio just to hear his gravelly tone of Joey. His Irish lilt is so sexy it hurts. I have decided that I need to be his regular stalker and have him make a tape of sexy phrases that he can only say in Irish Accent so that I can have it as my go to when I am having a bad day.

Brandy writes so well, linking past books to the present. Not only that but she ties Edenton to Seattle in a way that is not forced but rather seamless. Amazing!

This came to me as a gift, and I enjoy this fantastic magical story and the characters wow, just wow.
It amazed me the different magical creatures and how they mixed together, a werewolf and an owl???
That was great.
Can't wait to start the next one 😍😍😍😍😍
