Publisher's Summary

"The afterlife is one of death's best kept secrets...and I am living proof of that" (Evika Stormer)
Upon awakening from her First Death, Evika Stormer is presented with her "purpose" when meeting Hayden, her handsome and audacious guardian angel who's watched over her since the day she was born. Hayden advises Evika that her new role is to "save the dead". But not just any dead...they are the souls held in the Dark Realm with Alysto, the devil himself. All that Evika thought she knew about life, death, good, evil, and everything in between ends up being far from the truth...right along with the many secrets that start to unravel about her past and her entire existence as she enters into her new role as the Soldier of Light.

Amazing story! Memorable characters

This is the best book I've read in a long time! The characters were riveting, the story was intriguing and well thought out. I was hooked from chapter 1. It pulls you in, you feel the emotion of the characters. I kept thinking the next chapter can't be as intense as the first, I was wrong! This book was intense from start to finish. I don't think there is a character in this book I will soon forget. GREAT read, I highly recommend!! I can't wait to see what happens in the next book.

I loved this recording. the narrators voice fit the story perfectly and really helped you stay invested. of course I read the book to and the story kept you invested enough but being able to listen to it while you're sitting working or just relaxing is great. I listened to mine at work and sometimes found myself stopping just to.listen. narrator really helped bring the story to life. I really hope she does the next one. can't wait to liaten to more.
