WTF WHY WHY WHY!! NARRATORS RUINED IT

I have waited patiently for this book and you take excellent narrators and replace them with wet behind the ears narrators. Who does this? This has ruined the series for ME but if you feel you can overlook it I would like to know what other listeners think about it. I wish that casting agents would think these types of moves through because this was a bad change. 🤢🤢🤢🤢

✫✫ 4 Stars ✫✫

I should have know there would be a HUGE CLIFFHANGER! I love this series and can not wait for every book as they are released! I always say I'm going to wait until the next 3 in the set is out but I just can't wait! This book has you on the edge of your seat the entire time! With a great story line, seriously troubled and strong characters and Hot sex scenes... How can I not love it!

The narration for this book wasn't my favorite. I enjoyed their work for the most part but his female voice is insulting and she makes Melanie come across a little flaky with her almost child like voice. I completely agree with a change of narration since these next 3 are different main characters and deserve their own voices, I just didn't agree with the choice of narrators

Horrible narration

Story line was ok but severely drawn out with no resolve at the end of the book. The narration was horrible, dry, and emotionless compared to all the others. Very disappointed.

Credit please!

So very disappointed by the whole story! Horrid narration. Why correct something that isn't broken? Cliffhanging pain!
I would like my credit back please!

WHAT THE HECK JUST HAPPENED????

This series was trucking along just fine and then....this snore of a book 4. Oh my goodness, I almost didn't finish it and considered returning it. Not only was the narration a disappointment, although Alexander Cendese should've been a good fit--deep sexy voice, but way over dramatized everything he said, and then the overall progression of the storyline was lacking. I started to get a little confused because things were going in a circle--maybe that provided some mystique, I really don't know. It seemed like the author was struggling to stretch things out, and wouldn't you know it, there's a freaking cliffhanger! Unbelievable. I enjoyed all the preceding books until this one went off the rails. I really want all the pieces of this puzzle to come together and for that alone, I can't wait for book 5.

Stop these narrators

The first three are Marvelous but once the story picks up with new narrators it nearly crashes and burns. I had to fast forward all the juicy parts due to both the female and male voices- I'm curious to see if either has narrated another book. I bought Burn to hear how the story continues but I'm truly disappointed how 2 voices can ruin a captivating tale. We'll see how and if I can tolerate to continue.

WTF.....MEDIOCRE NARRATION

What happened to Sabastain York and Neva Navarre!

Not nearly as good as the first three books. I'm really disappointed in this book. So much sex I had to fast forward thru a lot of it and it wasn't even good sex it was rushed. Nothing interesting or suspenseful until the last hour and even that wasn't edge-of-your suspense it was just mediocre.

Helen Hardt is a seasoned author and knows to stick with what works...this just didn't.

Worth a credit/$ IMO-No. I didn't learn anything that I didn't already know. Seven hours of listening and I don't know anything more than I did after the third book.

Melt review

The story line was very good but the narrators were very disappointing. The narrators performance took away from the overall story.

Didn't Melt My Heart

I loved the first three books of this series andn will finish it out just because I want to see how it resolves. However, this book was NOT the caliber of the first three. I love good eroticism just fine but this was just sex without meaning, even though it was supposed to be. I thought, good grief, find something else to do. I did not care much for Cendese; he just didn't 'live' the part.

It's was okay

This book was a not as good as the first or second one it gave the reader a little more information, but I wish there was a little more to the story line and just as it starts to get better, the story ends, that was frustrating!
