The idea of ghosts or the unknown always scares me and I was skeptical when I started the book- but it turned out I enjoy the unexplainable the spirits coming back to be with us after death... the love story was great too Einstein and PD deserved the happy ending.

Great story...be warned...it has ghosts

This story was awesome, unique, and pulled me in from the start. Its captivating and well written. There are some spooky ghosts parts that I wasnt expecting (and i usually stay away from scary movies and books). It wasnt a good surprise for me but it works so well with the book.

Another Winning MB Tale

A heartwrenching and heartwarming second chance love story in turn. A first love that crashed and burned a unique opportunity that has their paths crossing again, that's the story of Nate and Addy.
I love this story, it's a winner (unsurprising, because Lili Valente always delivers). And the audio narrators are a fantastic addition to a fabulous story!

Loved It!!

I really enjoyed this story! This is the first audio book in this series that I have listened to and I definitely need to get them all!! I loved Nate!! Fabulous character in a great cast of characters!! Loved Pervert in Paris!! Lol!! The narrators were awesome!!

Love those Magnificent Bastards!

This audiobook is one in the Magnificent Bastard series and I enjoyed every minute of it! The hero and heroine meet as a summer romance, and even though she’s a 16 year old early high school graduate they begin a relationship “just for the summer”. Nate, the hero, didn’t plan on falling so hard for Addy but he did and decides to change his college plans because of her. Unfortunately, his father is not one to be thwarted and he ends upon London after he’s unable to find Addy anywhere. Later, their paths cross and things had turned out differently than either had planned. Now they have to find out if there is anything left of that summer love, or has it gone. Narration was very well done.

Romance with an unexpected paranormal twist

What did you love best about Meant for You?

I loved the witty banter between the characters, especially Nate and Addie. Mitch and Shane also brought some wonderful comic relief.

What did you like best about this story?

I liked that the book kept me on my toes. I'm not normally a fan of paranormal, but I thought it was an interesting addition and that it fit well with our characters. They are so quirky, especially Addie, that it complemented their second chance romance well.

What about Kitty Bang and C.J. Mission ’s performance did you like?

There was so much emotion and feeling in their narration! Both gave amazing performances that had me invested in the story, but I was most impressed by Kitty Bang's male voices! Her Nate was incredible!

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes! I was drawn in right from the start and couldn't wait to find out what had happened to Nate & Addie! The story took some unexpected turns, but overall, this was an enjoyable second chance romance.

Any additional comments?

If you're not a fan of paranormal at all, this may not be the book for you. I wouldn't classify this as a paranormal romance, but there are enough elements woven into the plot that it's worth mentioning. Also, the cover of this book/audiobook is really confusing since it features a man in a suit and that really has nothing to do with the book or characters. I guess you could just imagine it's Nate, but it just seems like an odd choice for this book.

Unexpected twists and beautiful second chance

I’m really beginning to love Lili Valentí and all of her heroes and heroines. Nate and Addy’s second chance love story is beautiful and heart breaking and both characters are perfectly loveable- the paranormal twists were unexpected and fun. Excellent book!

Cute and sizzling!

This one was a little different then the rest. I really enjoyed this book. Sizzling romance with a paranormal twist. Just wish there was a back story for the spirits at the end.

2nd Chance Romance with a Twist...

Nate & Addie share a summer romance when they are both about to embark on adulthood. Well, college. Nate is newly 18 and Addie is 16, an early graduate from school due to being home schooled. They meet and bond over ghost stories. The both love the stories and seeing the places that are supposedly home to these ghosts.

Their summer seems magical and by the end, Nate has decided he wants to follow his dreams not his father's and plans to change schools and majors.

But it's just the beginning of the book, so you know love stories never run that smoothly. Daddy dearest doesn't agree with Nate's plans and this starts the chain of events that change the course of their future.

Flash forward seven years and we meet them both again. They share fellow friends & acquaintances and it is because of this their paths cross again. Addie taking a break from life at a romantic hotel in the mountains and Nate working for Magnificent Bastard so on a job. And their reunion starts with Nate and his 'boyfriend' stopping to help Addie when she's broken down on the side of the road.

Thus starts their reunion. Misunderstandings abound, rash decisions, passion, a touch of danger, some humorous moments, and of course, more ghost stories.

I love them both. Nate is smart, sexy, sweet, and focused. Adeline wants to spread her wings. She is sassy, smart, and needs to find her way again after an abrupt change in her life. It's as if they need each other to succeed at their goals.

Enjoyed both narrators' performances. The story and performances were perfect.

Needs less exhausting agony, more sex

This author is capable of writing beautifully explosive sex scenes, but spends 80-90% of the story on what keeps the couple apart. Erotica should be energizing, not depressing.
