Francesca and Cade
Can two loves find their way back to each other despite an addiction and a hardened heart? Will their love overcome it all?
Francesca Taymon is young, successful, and broken. A tragic accident years ago haunts her to this day, and she blames only one person - the one that holds her heart. When she finally gets her first case, will she be able to handle seeing him again? Can she do her job and keep her heart intact?
Cade Kelling doesn't take life seriously. He's reckless and irresponsible, drinking all his problems away. When his parents bail him out for the last time, will he be able to handle seeing Francesca after all of these years? Will he be able to tell her what really happened that night 5 years ago or will he lose her forever?
And the most important question....
Can these mangled hearts be mended?

I LOVE A HAPPY ENDING!!
I liked how this could be a very real situation...nothing was unbelievable....
The happy ending, and the love letters!
She was ok...not fabulous...she really needs to work on her male voices...
I did tear up a bit..my heart went out to Francesca and Cade...
** I was given a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review **
This is a charming love story, good girl, meets bad boy....a tragedy happens..people lose touch..but they always wonder what could have been....then fate brings them back together!
Francesca is now a lawyer...and Cade is a mess up alcoholic who has disappointed everyone he knows again and again...Cade gets in trouble and once again his dad bails him out by getting him a lawyer....Well tada! Its Francesca his long lost high school love!
These 2 have always loved each other...After a night of passion, Cade finally admits he is an addict and goes to get help....they write love letters...(that won it for me) And there is a wonderful HEA!!! I bought book 1.5 I have to know what happens next...and I am glad they have a different narrator...Maria is NOT horrible...but her male voices need a LOT of work....
I still loved this story....and recommend it if you like a beautiful romance!!!

Great story, Love the characters
I prefer the print edition of this book. I read it and fell in love with the characters and listening to the audiobook the narrator didn't capture the characters the same way I did in my head so it was a bit strange. The narrator did a good job, and had I listened before reading the answer to this question may have been different.
Any moment with Cade is memorable. From the moment he met Francesca to the moment he first saw her again. I love this couple!
Francesca would be the closest to what I pictured as far as the voice.
