Hodge podge and completely unrealistic

I liked it but not not not a Regency era book. I mean, it is set in 1810 or something like that but NONE of the banter is remotely consistent with the time period. Itwas absolutely fluff

Catherine Coulter is a favorite!

Ms Coulter spins exciting tales from the Middle Ages to current FBI thrillers; creating webs of suspense & intrigue. I will definitely keep reading all your books!

Not a good second read

Years ago I read all the coulter regency line and liked them at the time while going through my ridiculous amount of books I am revisiting this series and don’t know how I enjoyed them as much as I did. Perhaps because these were early on in my audio book listening who knows. I’m rating this now and will rate in between how I loved it the first time around and the lack of love this time.

couldnt finish

Couldn't stand the characters. The girl is a complete Nimrod and an embarassment to women. The men were completely intolerable and just made me angry. I cant imagine why this book would apeal to anyone besides a woman hating man.
