Corie McMullen isn't a man-hater, but being dumped by a fiancé via text has given her trust issues. Two years later, she's written a best-selling relationships book, Love Right, and she's scored an interview on a prestigious national morning show.
Her best friend, Sofia, drags her to Singles Week at a ski lodge in Colorado. She's reluctant to jump into the dating scene. Especially when the man who seems interested turns out to be Micah Calloway, a playboy from her high school who insists he's changed.
A blizzard hits while they're snowshoeing, and the dating game turns dangerous. Now Corie's survival rests on an impossible decision. She may have to trust Micah with her life, but can she also risk her heart?

Fun Winter Escape
Love Right is about 2 "normal" people and while some of the things that happened in the story like most romances are a bit out of there, the two main characters are pretty normal/everyday people. Their romance story is also believable as Corie is hesitant of love and doesn't just jump into a relationship and Micah has to show his interest and that he is invested.
It had an overall "message" while being enjoyable - Don't judge someone by what you have heard 2nd hand...perceptions are just that, seek the truth.
It was a relatively short listen so I was able to listen to it in one sitting. That being said I don't know if I was "hooked" to the point I couldn't have put it down while I was listening. It didn't pull me in like some other stories where I was dying to know what happened next.
I was voluntarily provided this free review copy audiobook by the author, narrator, or publisher for my unbiased review.
warm, fuzzy feels with this story.
