Ford spills blood as an enforcer for the Little Memphis MC.
Shay makes an impulsive choice to start over her life in a wild city controlled by a motorcycle club. Meeting Shay at the MC's bar Suede, Ford sees her as a shiny new toy to spice up his life. Shay sees him as a sexy bastard she needs to avoid.
The city of Little Memphis is filled with violence and dubious loyalties. The days of the club's supremacy are over as enemies fight for territory and alliances fall apart. It's a dangerous time to find love, but Ford and Shay have never been good at playing life smart.
Warning: This novel contains scenes of a sexual nature, violent themes, and coarse language. It is intended for mature listeners.

If the author wrote more likeable heroes. I know its an MC book and the males are usually a-holes, but for the story to work, I need both a strong heroine and a hero I find likeable enough to be worthy of the heroine. For the first part of the book, Ford wasn't that. But he did redeem himself later on when he embraced his relationship with Shay.
Meghan's narration was the best part of Little Memphis. She did a great job narrating the various characters, their emotions, the drama and sweet moments in the book.Meghan narrated the various MC members perfectly, their gruff voices were spot on and my favorite of hers.
Little Memphis might not have worked for me, but the narration by Meghan Kelly and the plot which were light on drama and violence are points in its favor.
Good book with good narration
