Ok, but drags
The story was ok. Unfortunately, compared to the previous books in thebseries the love affair and back story are quote dull. The "romance" is love at first sight with the same story as book 2. The engagement too fast and comes as a result of the FMC rescuing the MMC... then they too anticipate their vows because they are just so overcome with passion... same boring sex scenes (although there is one brief original encounter in the arbor. but it was cut short). My thoughts started to wander by chapter 31 and I had to force myself to keep interested.

Good
I liked this book but not my favorite of hers. Not sure if it didn’t create enough excitement in the characters or what. I thought Rose, mistress character could have been developed a little more & created more strife between characters, I kept anticipating that to happen. But otherwise it was good enough.
