Publisher's Summary

The quiet scandal surrounding her parents' deaths 20 years ago has always haunted Beryl Tavistock. Now she's asking dangerous questions, and the answers are proving that old secrets die hard. Caught in what's become a deadly game of cat and mouse, her search for the truth takes her from the rain-slick streets of Paris to the sun-drenched isles of Greece. And as she gets pulled into a world of international espionage, Beryl quickly discovers that she needs help.
Richard Wolf, an ex-CIA agent and a man she's only just met, is her only hope. But in a world where trust is a double-edged sword, friends become enemies and enemies become killers.

Short, sweet and sex

Not what I expect from Tess but it was a no brainer Girl almost run over by man who 4 hours later she is kissing. Crime solved 20 years later and off they go. OK it was an easy listen, and it was a surprise who done it and reason. It was Paris and love is in the air.

Terrible audio quality.

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

This is not a review of the story or performance, rather the audio quality of the recording. I gave up after just a few minutes of trying to listen, the poor audio was just too frustrating to bear.

Has In Their Footsteps turned you off from other books in this genre?

Again, this is not a review of the book, but of the poor quality of the recording.

How could the performance have been better?

Re-engineer the recording.

What character would you cut from In Their Footsteps?
