One of my favorite narrators

I think there are some books you curl up with in a corner on a quiet afternoon and just enjoy and this audiobook was just that book for me. It’s definitely a great listen. The narrator did an incredible job bringing all the characters to life.

Hero worship & true love. A great combination.

This is a wonderful love story. She has always hero worshipped him since she was a little girl and he has always felt protective over this little sister of good friend of his. The story of their romance is well developed with a Dom spin. This book definitely showed why he is Her Hero.

Wonderful series!

Again, Ken Solin is amazing. I could listen to him all day!! And the series is the greatest!

Seriously sexy and heart warming

I love this series, Jane Henry and Maisy Archer did a wonderful job of creating a believable cast of characters, a family of choice. Donnie and Grace so belonged together. So happy they got their HEA. Ken Solin did a great job narrating.

What a hero!

The sixth book in this series brings us Donnie and Grace. I didn't connect with Donnie as much as the doms in the previous books, but loved his protectiveness and instinct of caring that he had towards Grace. I loved Grace with her passion and energy, she is fiesty and the love of her man is something I can completely relate to. This couple has an adventure of intrigue, human trafficking and a complete crazy stalker! What a ride they took me on, I was completely surprised at the twist and turns this had. We had the pleasure of characters from the previous books make appearances, always fun and makes you feel like you are part of their friend/family group. I love the way Jane Henry and Maisy Archer can take their dom stories and intertwine a suspense story that makes you keep guessing what will happen next. I can't wait to hear Diego's story!

Ken Solin for this story was not the pick I would have used. Donnie is a strong, extremely dominant man, and while the narration was good, the voice did not fit the character. That could have been the reason the connection for me was not like previous books.

My first Boston Dom

I listened to the audio version of this book, but there is currently not a choice for that.

This is the first book of this series that I have "read". I am not sure how I feel about the accuracy of the Dom/Submissive thing that is portrayed here, but the story was good. I want to read more books in the series and learn about the other members of Donnie's "family."

Donnie is the manager of a new location of a BDSM club in Boston that is currently being renovated. He is pretty happy with his current lifestyle and likes his new job, his friends, and his motorcycle. He has changed his life drastically since his youth as an enforcer working for his uncle, and only has one regret - Grace. When Grace's brother shows up on the steps of the club one night beaten and cut, Donnie does not want to find himself dragged back into the life, until he finds out that Grace has been taken to pay her brother's debt. Now he is just mad.

Donnie finds where Grace is being held and rescues her, but now what does he do with the woman that has haunted his dreams for years? She is still out of reach since he is a Dom and she is a virgin, for Christ's sake. He has to protect her, but how does he protect her from himself?

Grace has always loved Donnie. He was the hero in all of her childhood fantasies. She does not know anything about his life as a Dom, but that doesn't mean she doesn't want to learn.

Lasting Love!

Wow, I love this series. The authors have once again created a love story full of intrigue, action, hand picked family,and a true love story. Grace and Donnie have loved each other forever but fate pulled them apart. But he is right there to save her when human traffickers kidnap her. I love how the authors develop this love story. Will Grace be able to accept Donnie for the man he is now? We know what men will try to get her back but they are not her only threat. The narrator does a good job of taking us on this journey. I highly recommend this Audible book.

Narrator ruined it!

This was incredibly boring thanks to the narrator. Just couldn't even finish. Have enjoyed several books by this author but couldn't handle this one!
