Publisher's Summary

Kacey Dawson has always lived life on the edge - impulsively, sometimes recklessly. And now, as lead guitarist for a hot up-and-coming band, she is poised at the brink of fame and fortune. But she is torn between wanting to be a serious musician and the demons that lure her down the glittering but alcohol-soaked path of rock stardom. A wrecked concert in Las Vegas threatens to ruin her career entirely. She wakes up with the hangover from hell and no memory of the night before or how she ended up on her limo driver's couch....
Jonah Fletcher is running out of time. He knows his situation is hopeless, and he's vowed to make the most of the handful of months he has left to him. His plans include seeing the opening of his glass installation at a prestigious art gallery...they do not include falling in love with a wild, tempestuous rock musician who wound up passed out on his couch. Jonah sees that Kacey is on a path to self-destruction. He lets her crash with him for a few days to dry out and get her head on straight. But neither of them expects the deep connection they feel or how that connection can grow so fast from friendship into something more.

Where does Full Tilt rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This is going in my all time faves file...truly a beautiful and special story!!

What did you like best about this story?

ALL OF IT!!! Its well written, well narrated and tragically beautiful in every way!!!!

Have you listened to any of Nelson Hobbs and Caitlin Kelly ’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Lots of my Caitlin, she is one of my most favorite narrators...she breathes life into a story with her lovely voice and makes you not be able to put it down....I am not sure about listening to Nelson before..but I would again...he was great!

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Both.and I am still a little weepy now!

Any additional comments?

** I was given a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review **

Kacey is on a destructive path, living the full rock and roll lifestyle...and self medicating with booze just to make it through her life...discarded by her parents over a mistake she made, she has had to make it on her own for quite some time..After a gig one night she gets super wasted and causes a destructive scene..her bodyguard puts her in the limo to be taken home..and they meet..sort of..Jonah is her limo driver..he tries to take her home, but cant get into the mansion..and she is so wasted he is worried about her takes her to his place...when she comes to the next day..and they meet..they become friends..and are drawn to one another...and a sweet relationship starts....But Jonah is not well...and he tries to push her away...but what is meant to be always finds a way...

This was beautiful...I could not put it down! The narration was perfect..and I loved it!! Get your tissues ready this one hurts so good!! lol

****3 Boxes of Kleenex, but oh so good!!!***

I did feel that the writer got too much misery in parts but a really griping story. The narration was spot on!!! Can't wait for book 2 !!
This story took me through a roller coaster of emotions, ( a lot of tears!!).hard to put into words, just buy it, a fantastic book to add to any romance library.

Love is simply amazing!

this just blew me away. the intensity of their love story made it difficult to accept the obvious end. Painfully beautiful. I loved it.
