Sandra Brown at her Best!!
This is an excellent murder mystery with a robust romance and a rich cast of characters. I constantly found myself changing who I thought had committed the homicide and in the end, I was still wrong. Renée Raudman never fails to amaze me with the diversity of her narration which allows you to forget that you aren't listening to several people. Her range provides deep believable voices for men and feminine voices for women. I didn't want it to end.

A southern sultry sexy murder mystery
My headline says it all. Set in New Orleans, a who done it, or should I say 'who didn't do it?' cause everyone looks to be a suspect. The story is jam packed with little clues from page to page, but just isn't that easy to figure out. Has some twists and turns, that you don't see coming.
It's a good listen that wraps you up in the characters, eventually learning their dirty little secrets, and motives for what they do.
The narrator does an excellent job, with bringing this murder mystery to life.

Enjoyable and engaging
Overall I found this to be enjoyable and engaging story with a pretty good performance. I didn't think the southern accent took away too much but I'm not American so what would I know about that.
Plot was tricky enough that I wasn't sure who was the killer until towards the end but fun anyway.

Good reading. Nice voice performance
Where does French Silk rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
Good story with some twists and Sandra Brown does that well. What i enjoyed was the narration.. as that can sometimes be the key to a good listen or not. It was well spoken with good character definition.
Overall, an enjoyable story that was well told.
Have you listened to any of Renée Raudman’s other performances? How does this one compare?
Will look for her in the future... well told by her
