Finished #2

Made my way through book number two in the series, despite not being thrilled with the male narrator. I do have to say his voice is high enough to do the voice of Lia quite well. Now on to the last in the series.

The second book in this series had a great continuation of the painful romance between Lucian and Lia a big improvement on the audibook as well Sean Crisden did more of the narrating and this made the story more enjoyable to listen too, now the only problem is the huge cliff hanger that it left until the release of the third book.

I could not put the book down. Now waiting on next book. Such an awesome read.

Great book 2

This audiobook was a continuation of the story about Lucian and Lia. At the beginning of this book Lia has been brutally attacked by her stepfather, who is the abuser of her past. Lucian begins to realize how important she really is to him and as she recovers they grow closer. This book mostly deals with their emotions and coping, along with the added stress of a father she didn't know about and whom Lucian didn't tell her about. As this book ends Lia leaves Lucian and he is about to go after the woman he loves.

Spoiler alert. Just one part was to unrealistic for me. It doesn't take weeks let alone a week to find out if you are pregnant or not. They know in the same day if not the next. I'm sure other women reading this were chomping at the bit like me over this.
I really like this series so far. I am about to download the final book. Yeah!

Second Book Doesn’t Disappoint !

I really enjoyed the first two books. Great story. Sad dark and intense storyline. I’m excited to start book 3!

Omg

Well this book will definitely have you on the edge of your seat. We learn more about both Lia and Lucian past, and some other details are revealed. The ending will have you itching to pick up book 3.

Tensions mount as we get closer the truth

This weave of truths and lies takes us closer to a conclusion. Will Lucian finally tell Lia all that Has him tied in knots... well he'd better! Lucian has evolved into a decent guy ready to settle down... Lia has gotten resolve to most of her issues... She is right to force his secrets to the surface ... He planned to get there , just not so quickly... but his plans must change to keep his love from leaving him for good... running right the the next book now... sorry .....
