Publisher's Summary

Author Sasha Campbell has been shaking up the literary scene with her provocative tales of personal relationships. In Consequences, Trinette Montgomery is accustomed to her wealthy husband forgiving her affairs -- so she doesn’t hesitate to pursue her married boss when he tickles her fancy. But when things go wrong, she pays a visit to her friend Nikki Truth, who is having marital problems of her own. As things come to a head, Trinette and Nikki must band together to save both their families -- and their futures.

Good story

Three things about Consequences stand out in a good way: (1) The main character's personality was very well-developed, 2) the storyline was unpredictable, and (3) narration was good. On #1, the main character was an unlikeable woman with no redeeming qualities. I disliked the woman so much that I had to remind myself that she was merely a character in the story. On #2, There were so many twists and turns that it was impossible to get bored. On #3, narration was seamless. There were no odd pauses, loud inhaling, or anything even remotely similar. Overall, Consequences is a good, fun, memorable story that is perfect for temporarily escaping one's own problems.

Book title says it all...

Any additional comments?

I have read several other books by Sasha Campbell and enjoyed her stories. This one was no different. I would recommend reading the other books to this series first, as this is the last book. Good story and characters are a mess.
