Every man I've dated in this city has either bored me or hurt me.
"I thought the Cocker Brothers series was the best series I've ever read, but I am delighted to find the stories of the children of those Cocker brothers are going to be equally excellent." - Mama B
Tobias Kyrkos:
Life doesn't hand you what you want. You have to take it. Two years ago, I lost an MMA fight that cost me my champion title. Now's my chance to turn the tide. But when I spot Hannah Cocker for the first time, I don't know she's semi-famous, and I don't care. All I want to know is...how can I make that woman's sadness disappear?
Hannah Cocker:
We, the descendants of six notorious brothers, are a close-knit group. We have to protect each other. Sometimes, snakes wear masks. Every man I've dated in this city has either bored me or hurt me. So, when Sofia Sol offers me a ride on her Harley with no destination in mind, just out of Atlanta and free, free, free, I have only one answer - hell yes.

Beautiful story w absolutely fantastic narrators!

What did you love best about Cocky Senator’s Daughter: Hannah Cocker: Cocker Brothers?

I'm a huge Faleena Hopkins fan and her books never disappoint. Hannah's story was so touching because of her past (you'll have to listen to find out!) and, of course, the tight connection of the Cocker family.

What did you like best about this story?

I really liked reading about a young woman who has had to protect herself from so much societal judgement and intrusion finally finding happiness on her own terms.

Have you listened to any of Dexter Collins and Elizabeth Powers ’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I don't recall listening to Dexter Collins but LOVED him! Elizabeth Powers is one of my absolute favorite female narrators. She was even better in this one than in previous performances which I didn't think was even possible. Very tortured and emotional at times and super, SUPER sexy when the scene called for it. Excellent performances by both!

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

A Love Worth Fighting For

Any additional comments?

A great book can just crash and burn with horrible narrators. Dexter Collins and Elizabeth Powers are top notch in their performances. Made this great book PHENOMENAL!

Hot Hot Hot

This story is H.O.T....hot! Hanna and Tobias are the first love story of the second generation of the Cockers and their chemistry is off the charts. Their attraction is instant. She's a lover and he's a fighter. As quickly as they come together, unseen problems pull them apart. But they both knew what they had was worth fighting for. He had to let down his guard and she had to stand up for herself.
This is one story I will listen to again and again.

Great

This was the first time that I've enjoyed an audible book as much as a typed one. that is probably due to the fact that I love Faleena Hopkins' books to start with but also that the narrators were so easy to listen to.
have tissues to hand for the conversations at the wedding; so beautifully written.
