Life at Caldoon Castle in the Highlands of Scotland isn't easy for Catriona Fraser and her two children, especially since her husband died. So, when Iain MacNeice and his two daughters book the castle for the Christmas holidays, Catriona's prayers seem to be answered.
But the MacNeices arrive with a whole host of their own problems and it's going to take time, patience and a little bit of Christmas magic to make this holiday a happy one.

a sweet short story of Christmas

this is a story of reconciliation of a father with his 2 children...with the owner of the castle helping the cause...from the wisdom she has gained from her own life...then the two families becoming good friends with each other. I enjoyed this book very much and would highly recommend it......and no sleasy sex in it which makes it enjoyable to these tender ears!!!!!!

A short festive romp in the highlands

A lovely little story about family with a sprinkle of love. The writer particularly captured the teenage section of the book believably - you really have either known or been that teenager. The narrator had a very suitable voice for the story and I really enjoyed letting her whisk me away to the snow in scotland.
