I wish I picked up the Kindle book.
It was a good story. Lots of obstacles in the couples way.
Her voice was flat. She was just the wrong person to do this book.
Not the book I hoped for!
I will continue to follow the story of the Alpha Pack as long as J. D. Tyler continues to write them, but I must say, I was a little disappointed with this book. After waiting so long for the next part of this series, and after being so excited to know I could finally hear the story of Micah Chase, I found this book was a let down.
There was, (IMO), NOT enough action! If you have listened to the previous books you know they keep you pumped up and at times holding your breath. Well, this book didn't do any of that for me. It just seemed to fall flat. Just Not enough fight like I expected after the first six stories.
Marguerite Gavin did NOT do the narration justice. I gave the first six books a five star rating, Even gave Ms Gavin five stars on the last book, but with this one she just fell short!
I will say, go ahead and listen to the book. I always like to read the whole series and don't like to skip. I feel like you miss information when you do, but even with the story not having as much action as I would like, it is still a decent listen.
I hope they go back to using Kirsten Potter for the narration. She has a much better speaking quality and conveys the emotions of the character mush better.
