Publisher's summary

My name is Cale Kinley and I'm a f--king virgin. Well, with the exception of my tongue. The countless things I can do with my tongue are bound to leave you breathless and begging for more, but more is something that I can't give. It's a choice. My choice.

There's a reason for that. A very good reason, and that reason is her.

Riley.

She's the only woman that I want to bury myself deep in. The one woman I have wanted since I was old enough to f--k.

I never got my chance though, because she left. She had no choice and it stung like hell. But I couldn't let her leave without telling her how I felt. I wanted her to be my first and I didn't give a shit how long I'd have to wait.

It's been six years and now she's back and sexier than all hell. Just the sight of her stops my damn heart from beating. I want her and for more than just having her as my first.

I'm determined to have her in every way possible. She thinks this is still a game; that I've already given myself to countless women. What she doesn't know is that I have a lot of willpower.

When I want something as badly as I want her, I don't let shit stand in my way. I'm going to prove that to her. There's just one little problem I need to take care of: Him.

Entertaining story marred by female narrator

I've read and or listened to most of this series. The Walk of Shame books are great for a light hearted sexy read. The MALE narrator was great. Frankly, the female narrator was horrible, with a whiny, pretty much one note tone for the female, and an 80s game show host voice portraying her version of a sexy stripper. Her narration killed the entire intended sexy vibe of the book She ruined the experience for me. I don't understand how they greenlight some of these narrators.

What does Alexandra Shawnee and Beckett Greylock bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

They bring the characters to life and bring you in so you feel like you are part of the story.

Loved Beckett G.

Beckett was great....Alexandra not so much. I would have preferred he do all of the narration or a different female narrator.

OK Series - bad female narrator

The story isn't great, and this female narrator really started to grate on my nerves.

Honest review

Beckett Greylock is one of the best male narrator's I have ever listened to. No matter how acceptable or non acceptable the storyline is his voice always seems to significantly enhance the listening experience. I'm able to follow and immerse myself into the story with that deep, sexy voice. I personally seek out audiobooks that he has narrated knowing the experience I will get.

On the other hand, the female narrator, Alexandra Shawnee's voice was not an ideal match for this story. Her voice was scripted and made it seem as though the main female character was significantly older than the story portrayed.

The storyline was was sweet but Beckett Greylock's voice made the story better than it is.

A Fantastic Book Boyfriend

This was a short sweet story about a guy who is a stripper and a virgin saving himself for the woman he loves. This is a stand alone story, yet still connected to the Walk of Shame series. It was a bit unbelievable for me at times. They are both virgins? Come on. And she works in a massage parlor of all places? Riley was a bit flighty at times and I didn't really buy the tension with her ex. Cale was a naughty sweetheart, he made up for the short comings. The sex scenes were well written. I read this book using immersion reading. The male narrator was incredible, a wonderful sexy voice. He should've read the whole book. The female narrator was awful. Completely wrong for this type of book. Do note that the audio book ends with chapter 19 and does not include the bonus content. It is a wrap up of the other couples in the series. I haven't read the other books, so I wasn't as familiar with those characters. I'm taking one star off for the supposedly happy ending. It's bad enough that the women all seem like sex crazed groupies most of the time, but Riley has to get pregnant as well? Not every woman wants kids. If your sex life is supposedly that great I wouldn't want kids messing it up. Modern women do have careers and outside interests as well.

Swoon material here!

What did you love best about Cale?

Cale himself is something to love. But hearing his backstory after all the hints from the books before him was the best thing ever.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Cale?

Cale telling Riley his secret and her admitting hers was the main thing that stands out to me!

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I did laugh with these characters and I might have teared up a bit at some points. But the emotions of this book can be very strong at some parts. If it wasn't, it wouldn't be a memorable read or listen!
