I'm simply unable to finish listening to this series. Too much porn, not enough story. Add to that, my teeth-grinding has reached a new level with Ms. Rapson's butchering of the beautiful Scottish burr. That Irish interpretation for a Scot is unbearable!

I listened… hoping to finish the story buuut it continues for quite a few other books. It does not make sense many times- ie-magic circle.. no can see them in the circle and yet… how could He see her in the circle. Another example- he’s a warrior, ruthless and unkind and yet he’s a softie to his people and a coward to his brother.
The characters are not developed consistently so it’s very difficult to really enjoy getting to know them and Then there is the sex for no reason. This isn’t Love it’s just pure lust. Yeah,,, I think it’s time to go back to the drawing board for this series
